Individual Therapy
LGBTQ2IA+
Whether you are experiencing issues with coming out, looking to do a deeper dive into identity exploration, or needing guidance in the process of transitioning, I have a great deal of experience working with queer clients in various capacities. I also understand sometimes you just want someone who already understands the culture to be able to talk through other various experiences with.
Body Image
My work often involves improving an individuals relationship with their body, and unpacking the harmful effects of diet culture and fatphobia. I approach treatment through an anti-diet and size-inclusive lens, discovering how we can build more compassion for our bodies & selves.
ADHD
I work with individuals with ADHD (both diagnosed & undiagnosed) looking to build more understanding of their symptoms and reduce distress from their daily life. This is approached through a compassionate lens of understanding neurodiversity, how the brain works, and how we can discover the best coping skills for each unique person.
Trauma
All of my work with clients is trauma-informed, but particular trauma work often involves understanding our embodied experiences of trauma and engaging in the act of “processing,” in which we find new ways of understanding your experiences and reducing the impact of trauma in the here and now.
Relationship Therapy
My experience in relationship therapy includes:
Helping clients open their current relationship and explore polyamory in a healthier and ethical way.
Navigate kink within both identity and sexual relationships.
Engaging in conscious uncoupling, where two people are looking to end their relationship in a mindful and intentional way.

This group is for individuals dealing with executive functioning challenges and the shame around this. We will be looking at these struggles through a compassionate lens and working collaboratively to develop strategies to do more of the things we want and combat the shame that comes with these challenges. Topics include identifying values and needs, unmasking, self-advocating, and more! Each session will also include 30 minutes of co-working on something we are looking to accomplish. Ideal for ADHD and autistic folks, and those with chronic depression/MDD.
